The staff here were super friendly and welcoming, plus the place was spotless. Our room was really nice, had a balcony, and they even provided tea - how cool is that? Couldn't find a single thing to complain about, this place totally lived up to expectations! 😊

Convenient location near my office and easy access to public transportation. Comfortable and spacious room with all necessary facilities well prepared.- Good connection to nearby attractions, such as Heidelberg and Baden Baden, via train.

Check-out process was slow and inconvenient. Gym was still under construction and not available during my stay.

Private parking on site provided. Comfortable bed, modern style bathroom and a nice balcony, coffee, and an excellent WiFi in the room. Location short walk to a nearby fast food supermarket-about 10 minutes' walk and Mannheim.

The reception at Best Western Plaza Hotel was exceptional. The super receptionist went above and beyond to help us, even though we arrived late at 12 midnight. The family room we booked was huge and perfect for our group of four. We were impressed by the innovative check-in and check-out platform, which made the process easy and efficient.
